Sixth-grade families will learn how to design a tallit.

11am-12pm [Zoom link will be sent via a calendar invite.]
TI will provide: fabric and tallit, Hebrew stencils (for borrow), wunder under, all the sewing. These materials will be available for pick-up at TI the week before the program.
You will also need: a spray bottle with water, very sharp scissors, an 8in x 8in light cotton press cloth (something the weight of a 100% t-shirt) iron & ironing board/place to iron, ideas for your tallit: print simple designs like a star of David tree, dove, menorah, or anything that interests you.
